The Architecture of Mahogany Row

Mahogany Row exists as two simultaneous realities. The surface is a prestigious private institution — selective, rigorous, celebrated. Beneath it is something else entirely: a harvest mechanism built to identify, isolate, and develop subjects carrying specific biological signatures required by the Architect's research.

Two brothers — Cary and Zion — are hybrid hosts. Their bodies carry nanotechnology engineered before their birth. The Academy is not educating them. It is activating them.

The Architect believes — with total conviction and generational evidence — that natural selection is too slow to produce what humanity requires. Mahogany Row is one instrument in a much larger intervention.
